Shipping policy
Order Processing & Production
Our products are made-to-order. This means we do not hold old inventory; instead, your item is formulated, printed, and packaged specifically for you after your order is placed.
-
Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 9 business days for your order to be manufactured and prepared for shipment.
-
Peak Periods: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend by an additional 2–4 business days.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, the order price, and the destination.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing)
Once your order leaves our facility, the following transit times apply:
| Region | Estimated Transit Time |
| United States | 3 – 7 Business Days |
| Canada | 2 – 9 Business Days |
| United Kingdom & Europe | 7 – 21 Business Days |
| Australia & New Zealand | 14 – 25 Business Days |
| Rest of World | 15 – 30 Business Days |
Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery time depends on local carrier efficiency and customs processing.
Split Shipments
We utilize multiple specialized labs in North America to manufacture our products. If your order contains items from different collections, they may be shipped from separate facilities.
-
You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
-
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
International Shipping & Tracking
We ship to most countries worldwide.
-
Tracking Limitations: For orders shipped to destinations outside of the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Western Europe, tracking updates may cease once the package is handed over to your local customs authority. If your tracking status shows "Arrived in Destination Country" for several days, the package is likely being processed by customs.
-
Customs & Duties (DDU): All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). You are responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or taxes required by your country’s customs agency. We cannot predict or prepay these fees.
Refused Packages & Wrong Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order.
-
Refusals: If you refuse a shipment (due to customs fees or otherwise), or if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and any return fees assessed by the carrier.
-
Abandonment: If the cost to return a refused package exceeds the value of the merchandise, the carrier may abandon the package. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
