Orders & Shipping
Why has my order not shipped yet? Unlike traditional retailers who ship premade stock from a warehouse, we produce our cosmetics on-demand. This ensures you receive fresh, high-quality products. Most orders are manufactured and shipped within 2–9 business days. You will receive a tracking email the moment your order is dispatched.
Why did I only receive part of my order? We operate out of multiple facilities across North America. If you ordered multiple items, they may have been produced at different labs. In this case, your items will arrive in separate packages, potentially on different days. Check your email for multiple tracking numbers.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is it lost? Likely not.

Domestic (US/Canada): Carriers occasionally miss a scan while the package is in transit between distribution centers.

International: Tracking often pauses when a package arrives at the destination country's customs border. This "pause" can last 3–7 business days while local authorities process the shipment. This is normal procedure.
Customs & Fees
Do I have to pay extra fees for international orders? It depends on your country. Customers in the United States and Canada generally do not pay duties on standard orders. For other regions (UK, EU, Australia, etc.), your local government may charge VAT or import duties. These fees are not included in your purchase price and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy? Because our products are personal hygiene items and are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Attach a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement for damaged goods.
Can I cancel my order? We begin processing orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible production time. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once the production process has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify the shipment.
Product Information
Are your products cruelty-free? Yes. All products are manufactured in North America and are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.
Where are the products made? Our products are formulated and manufactured in facilities located in Canada and the United States.
